Evidence for Natural Antibodies (IgG) to Polyamines in Human Sera

Abstract
It has been shown by several authors that the levels of free and/or conjugated poly amines are elevated in the urine [13], serum [1], and cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) [8] of patients with malignant diseases and with nonmalignant diseases such as cystic fibrosis [7], systemic lupus erythematosus [10], chronic infections [11], and uremia [3].
