Abstract
The number of individuals with syphilis — infection with Treponema pallidum — is increasing worldwide, including the UK. A wide spectrum of oral lesions can arise at infective syphilis. Oral ulceration is a common feature, and often the only clinical manifestation of infective syphilis.Keywords
