Delayed Hypersensitivity to SK-SD: In Vitro Lymphocyte Study with an Active Component

Abstract
The material in streptokinase-streptodornase which elicits delayed hypersensitivity reactions in man is probably a β globulin with a molecular weight of approximately 21,500. It is devoid of streptokinase, streptodornase, and streptolysin S activities. Its ability to stimulate lymphocytes in vitro shows good correlation with skin reactions in the same subjects.
