Abstract
Osteogenic sarcoma of the mandible is a rare lesion with a prognosis much better than is generally realized. Cure is definitely within the realm of probability, and the treatment program should be undertaken with enthusiasm. The minimum therapeutic effort should consist of a large dose Ra implantation of the lesion followed as soon as practicable by a wide hemimandibulectomy. It is anticipated that major cause for local recurrence, can be virtually eliminated and that survival will be further improved. This publication has 0 references indexed in Scilit:
