Abstract
Cyclotron resonance absorption of conduction electrons in InAs has been measured in the infrared spectral region 23-34 μ using magnetic fields as high as 150 kG. The absorption was resolved into three lines, this structure being interpreted on the basis of the changing effective factor of the conduction electrons.
