Rewards and Dangers in Researching Domestic Violence

Abstract
The purpose of this article is to present a framework that reconciles the goals of advocates for victims of domestic violence with the goals of clinical researchers who study this phenomenon. I will be discussing the tension between those goals, and the way a research model can complement advocacy goals.Keywords
