Abstract
The temperature dependence of resistance of single crystals of Ba2YCu3O7-y was examined. The resistance perpendicular to the plane exhibited a semiconductor-like temperature dependence, while the resistance parallel to the a-b plane was metallic. Thus, the anisotropy of conductivity increased at low temperature. Keywords
