Abstract
The second moments () were obtained from magic-echo measurements of the proton line shapes for high-purity polycrystalline . Contrary to previous reports of anomalously large values in , the present results are in excellent agreement with the calculated dipolar moments which assume random occupancy of protons on only tetrahedral interstitial sites.
