ELECTROCHEMICAL PHOTOCELL USING Li DOPED CdS FILM ANODE

Abstract
The doping of Li in a sprayed CdS film electrode results in a significant increase in the anodic photocurrent at this electrode. The quantum yield for the electron flow at short-circuit current condition of the photocell using the Li doped CdS film anode amounts to 50% at wavelengths shorter than 480nm and is several times greater than that using an undoped CdS film anode.This publication has 1 reference indexed in Scilit:
