Abstract
It is presented the microscopical theory of the resonance magnetoelectric effect in magnetically ordered crystals. On the basic of the single-ion approximation is shown that the exchange interaction can be represented by a Weiss molecular field, it is possible to derive expression for the anisotropy constant. It is shown that the common operation of spin-orbit interaction, odd part of crystalline electrical field and external electrical field give an additional contribution to free energy, which is possible to interprete as change of anisotropy constant under action of the electrical field. This change leads to shift of the resonance lines. The ordered of magnitude of this effect, stipulated by this mechanism, will be rather well agreed with experiment. Keywords
