Abstract
An enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay for determination of [human] serum antibodies against 2 different extractable nuclear antigens, the RNAse sensitive ribonucleoprotein and the RNAse resistant Sm-antigen, is described. Technical variables are systematically evaluated and a recommended procedure selected and described. Keywords
