Abstract
A new technique for afterloading intracavitary treatment of nasopharyngeal carcinoma with indium-192 sources is described, which allows good positioning and fixation of the sources. the method has been used both for treatment of turnour remnants or recurrences after previous external radiation treatment and for achieving a boost dose supplementary to external irradiation. the early results in 73 patients are described. Keywords
