Abstract
HOUSTON-- Ten years ago, high-energy physicist Paul Ginsparg started the wildly successful Los Alamos Electronic Preprint Archive to store and disseminate research findings. He has since become a vociferous advocate for the open exchange of scientific information. Now he and his creation are headed to Cornell.
