Abstract
In 5 samples of bovine conjunctiva, 8 of choroid, and 8 of iris, the respective percentages (dry weight) of various constituents were: mucoid, 8.77, 12.35, 17.74; collagen, 61.93, 27.93, 38.62; elastin, 653, 8.93, 3.56; pigment, 0, 19.01, 19.05; albumin and globulin, 10.13, 13.66, 5.44; water-soluble extractives, 6.89, 8.32, 6.30; fat, 2.41, 4.22, 4.83; inorganic matter, 3.63, 5.58, 4.46.This publication has 0 references indexed in Scilit:
