Abstract
A method of constructing a thermometer in a 22-gauge hypodermic needle using a small bead thermistor is described. The unit was shown to be unaffected by repeated sterilization and use. The characteristics of the thermometer pertinent to its application to the measurement of tissue temperatures are given. Keywords
