Abstract
Susceptibility, magnetization, neutron diffraction, and electron-spin-resonance experiments were performed on a random mixture of an insulating ferromagnet and an insulating antiferromagnet, . These experiments have given evidence of spin-glass behavior for the intermediate concentrations. This spin-glass is of a new type, the origin of which is different from those found in metals and in the diluted insulating ferromagnet.
