Abstract
All-optical Boolean OR functionality is demonstrated in an all-active Michelson interferometer allowing simple, stable and efficient operation. This is the first time, to the authors' knowledge, that the OR functionality is demonstrated in an integrated device. Good performance at 10 Gbit/s is obtained with a high extinction ratio of ~12.5 dB.Keywords
