Abstract
Cutaneous chromomycosis occurred in 2 renal transplant recipients from the southcentral USA. Both patients were managed successfully with surgical excision of isolated lesions and the condition of 1 of these improved but was not cured with low-dose ketoconazole therapy. Even in the immunocompromised host, localized cutaneous chromomycosis may not require more aggressive systemic antifungal chemotherapy. This publication has 0 references indexed in Scilit:
