Abstract
The degree of in vitro lymphocyte response to phytohemagglutinin was correlated with the number of erythrocytes present in the cell cultures. To achieve reproducible results it was necessary for the cultures to contain constant numbers of erythrocytes. A standard method for the stimulation of chicken lymphocytes by phytohemagglutinin is described. This publication has 10 references indexed in Scilit:
