Abstract
The crossover of the surface segregation at the liquid-vapor interface of the liquid binary alloys has been examined for alloy order potential and the surface coordination number. The values of surface concentration and surface tension computed for liquid Cu-Ni alloys are in good agreement with the experimental observations. The surface effects are discussed in terms of concentration fluctuations in the long-wavelength limit. Keywords
