Abstract
The electric impedance of urine is considerably lower than that of urothelium. Thus, electrodes placed in the urethra can be used to show when urine is present. A special catheter with three sets of measuring electrodes has been employed to demonstrate the progress of the bolus of fluid entering urethra during coughing. The volume, speed and route of the bolus has been examined in a sample of results.Keywords
