Abstract
Birch pollen and dog epithelium allergen extracts were studied by ultracentrifugation in linear sucrose gradients. The various sucrose-gradient fractions were then tested for allergenic activity by the paper disc radioallergosorbent test, using sera from allergen sensitive patients.
