Missing boundary conditions of electromagnetics

Abstract

The well known boundary conditions describing the behaviour of the electric and magnetic fields across a surface distribution of electric and magnetic currents are generalised to cover the case where these currents have vector components normal to the surface. This generalisation is helpful in solving Green's function problems of electromagnetics.
