Microstrip transmission line resonator with epitaxial YBa 2 Cu 3 O 7-x /NdAIO 3 /YBa 2 Cu 2 O 7-x trilayer

Abstract
The quality factor measurements are reported of planar microstrip transmission line resonators in epitaxial YBa2CU3O7-x/NdAIO3/YBa2Cu3O7-x trilayer technology resonating at 4.6 GHz. At 25 K the unloaded quality factor is 70 for a microstrip with a characteristic impedance of 5ω. This results in a surface resistance of 190μω and an attenuation constant of 30dB/m.
