Abstract
DurchIn vitro-Simulation von Serumkonzentrationsverläufen ließ sich zeigen, daß pharmakokinetische Unterschiede der 4-Chinolone die Abtötungskinetik von Staphylokokken und Enterokokken sowie das Risiko der Selektion von Mutanten verminderter Empfindlichkeit wesentlich beeinflussen. In anin vitro system, bacterial cultures were exposed to concentrations following the kinetics of 4-quinolones in human serum. Both killing kinetics of staphylococci and enterococci and selection of resistant mutants were shown to be influenced by the pharmacokinetik parameters of the individual substances.This publication has 7 references indexed in Scilit:
