Abstract
Rifampicin has a marked inhibitory effect on Rauscher‐virus‐induced leukaemia. Up to 90% inhibition of splenomegaly can be achieved when the drug is administered immediately after infection. It is suggested that these results may have implications for a rational leukaemia therapy. Keywords
