Abstract
— The case is reported of a 46-year-old homosexual LAV/HTLV III seropositive man in whom progressive multifocal leukoencephalopathy was the first and only clinical manifestation of AIDS. The severity and extension of neurological disturbances in AIDS are discussed.Keywords
