Hemodynamic Sequelae of Sustained Elevation of Left Atrial Pressure

Abstract
A comparison of hemodynamic findings in 63 cases of mitral stenosis and in 35 cases of chronic left ventricular failure is presented. It is shown that circulatory dynamics of the 2 conditions are similar and only minor differences were detected.Keywords
