Abstract
The dielectric properties of dipolar materials are well understood in terms of the “universal” many-body approach developed by the Chelsea Group [1–4], with the characteristic power-law frequency dependence of the complex susceptibility above the loss peak frequency ωp given by: X(ω) = ∊(ω) − ∊∞ ∝ [1 + i cot(nπ/2)] ωn−1 (1) where the exponent falls generally in the range 0 < n < 1.Keywords
