Abstract
Often a patient is unable to define the problems he is presently experiencing. A six-step procedure is presented which allows the therapist to obtain a clear statement of problematic behavior. The technique described makes use of a combined behavioral-gestalt approach in the gathering of diagnostic information. Keywords
