Abstract
One hind leg of 8 rabbits was exposed to a bath of -12[degree]C for 30 min. Throughout a 24-hr. period following exposure, the rate of blood flow in the cold-injured extremity was estimated from temp. measurements and vascular reactions to both a chemical vasodilator and obstructive tourniquets. The rate of blood flow appeared to be normal. Keywords
