Lattice dynamics of metal hydrides

Abstract
A simple nonstoichiometric model of metal hydrides is proposed and applied to the study of the phonon dispersion curves and composition-dependent Young's moduli of system. The model can readily take into account the temperature and composition dependence of the metal hydride properties including phase changes.
