Abstract
Traps with a density of 1014/cm3 and an activation energy of 0.36 eV were found in both metal‐free and lead phthalocyanine single crystals using thermally stimulated trap‐emptying measurements. These traps were responsible for fast trapping observed in transient current measurements. Keywords
