Abstract
Two photographs show the large drum, made for the author in England, to fit accurately over the drum of Padgett''s dermatome, and the drum is held in place by a spring clamp. With this drum a piece of skin graft covering the area of the drum (8X6 in.) may be removed when cut transversely across the thigh. The prepn. and application of a skin pattern on the raw surface of the skin graft on the drum is described and also its removal from the drum and Suture in place over the defect area. This publication has 0 references indexed in Scilit:
