Crista sagittalis externa in the Skull of Pan troglodytes and its Bearing on the Reconstruction of the Head of the Robust Type of Australopithecus

Abstract
This study includes a description of a completely developed sagittal crest in Pan troglodytes with remarks on these parts of the temporal muscle originating from the lateral surface of the crest. It is concluded that the same anatomical relation occurred on robust Australopithecines.
