Der Trachealprolaps und seine operative Behandlung nach Herzog-Nissen*

Abstract
In Ergänzung zu einer früheren Mitteilung wird über 23 Fälle von Spanplastiken der Trachea nach der Methode HERZOG-NISSEN berichtet. 10 Fälle davon entsprechen der ursprünglichen Op.-Indikation von HERZOG, während in 13 Fällen die Spanplastik zusätzlich zu Lungenresektionen oder anderen intrathorakalen Eingriffen vorgenommen wurde. Die Ursachen therapeutischer Mißerfolge werden erwogen. With reference to a previous communication the author reports on 23 cases of osseous graft to the trachea according to the HERROG-NISSEN method. Ten of these cases fulfill the original operative criteria of HERZOG, while in the remaining 13 the osseous graft was applied in addition to pulmonary resection or other intrathoracic procedures. The causes of therapeutic failures are discussed. En complément d'une communication antérieure nous relations 23 cas de plastie de la trachée suivant la méthode de HERZOG-NISSEN. Dix cas présentaient l'indication originale de HERZOG. Quant aux 13 autres cas nous avons effectué cette plastie suite à une résection du poumon ou suite à une autre intervention intrathoracique. Nous avons analysé les causes des insuccès de ces interventions.
