Abstract
An infant with congenital laryngotracheoesophageal cleft is described. The importance of the Foley baloon at the gastroesophageal junction and the application of the tourniquet around the common tube is stressed with regard to the anesthetic and surgical approaches to management of this type of lesion.This publication has 2 references indexed in Scilit:
