Abstract
Pseudogout is a great mimicker of other forms of arthritis, often leading to diagnostic confusion. The association of pseudogout and fever is less widely recognized. Eight patients in whom fever was a prominent manifestation of pseudogout are described. They were misdiagnosed, overinvestigated and experienced a delay in appropriate treatment. This publication has 2 references indexed in Scilit:
