Abstract
KOD Dash DNA polymerase can accept triphosphates of new deoxyuridine derivatives bearing a C5-substituent group via an α-methylene linker as a substrate in the polymerase chain reaction (PCR) yielding the corresponding functionalized DNA effectively, while other conventional DNA polymerases cannot tolerate the modification of the substrate.Keywords
