Abstract
This paper describes a method for identifying and assessing the significance of clusters of regulatory elements represented as matrices. Eukaryotic gene regulation is often controlled by clusters of regulatory elements, and means to identify such clusters and determine their significance is important for uncovering the network of gene regulation. Keywords
