Abstract
A simple spectrophotometric method is given for the determination of carbon monoxide in postmortem bloods. Duplicate determinations take about 15 minutes end are shown to be unaffected by the presence of methemoglobin. The method is therefore particularly suitable for use in a forensic laboratory. The results obtained are compared to those from the method of Commins and Lawther. This publication has 5 references indexed in Scilit:
