Abstract
Silicon oxynitride, a relatively new ceramic that has desirable properties for applications in high-temperature nuclear reactors, was found to be resistant to gross damage and major dimensional changes during intense fast-neutron irradiation at temperatures from <100°C to ∼800°C.Keywords
