Abstract
Nanoporous carbon prepared by chlorination of TiC powder has been characterized by high-resolution transmission electron microscopy (HRTEM) and showed a disordered amorphous structure of graphite planes with areas of an onion-like structure, where the graphite planes are ordered with concentric spherical graphitic shells (15–35 nm) interpenetrating and overlapping each other. Keywords
