Abstract
Synthetic food dye separation is described using paired-ion chromatography. The method used allows the separation of most permitted food colors and orange GGN (CI 15980). Differentiation of this dye from its isomer, sunset yellow (CI 15985), using the usual chromatographic methods remains unsuccessful. This publication has 9 references indexed in Scilit:
