Abstract
A special enzyme thermistor device with a probe and a reference thermistor is described. Linear relationships between the temperature changes, At, measured with this device and the concentration of substrates applied were obtained. The substrates tested were cholesterol, glucose, lactose and uric acid in standard solutions as well as in biological samples. Keywords
