Abstract
A 33-year-old male with short stature, abnormal male sexual differentiation, aspermia, and schizoid character disorder is described, who had a Y chromosome with a deleted long arm. The correlation of the symptoms, including the psychotic abnormality, with the cytogenetic finding is discussed. Keywords
