Abstract
The article tests the hypothesis that organizational size is inversely related to job satisfaction in the context of several studies which examined the relations between the two. The hypothesis has been tested directly by only a few empirical studies. A discussion is presented about studies by Sergio Talacchi, Howard Baumgartel, Ronald Sobel and James Worthy that demonstrate the hypothesized relationship between organizational size and job satisfaction and support the relationship between the intervening variables and job satisfaction.
