Abstract
Ethiopian mustard (Brassica carinata A. Braun) is a high-yielding oilseed crop of the Ethiopian highlands, but the seed is high in erucic acid. The objective of this study was to develop zero erucic acid forms in this mustard species. This was achieved through an interspecific transfer of genes for zero erucic acid from Brassica juncea. Key words:Brassica carinata, zero erucic acidKeywords
