Abstract
An enucleation technique utilizes a piece of donor sclera placed anterior to the implant. Results are satisfactory with good cosmesis and occurrence of minimal, if any, discharge. It is felt that the likelihood of extrusion occurring is minimized, since the graft serves as a reinforcing agent. Keywords
