Resonances in ${}^{12}C$ + ${}^{13}C$

Abstract

Resonant structures at 9.4 and 10.3 MeV c.m. energy have been observed in both the reaction

{}^{12}C ({}^{13}C, α) {}^{21}{Ne}

and the elastic scattering of

{}^{13}C

from

{}^{12}C

. Unambiguous assignments of

l = 7

for both of the resonances are made.
